Posting this as a consumer warning based on my direct experience with CGTV.

Rancho Solano Golf Club should be ashamed of hosting this CGTV SCAM.

 

Date I paid: 02/22/2026

 

Amount: $5,500

 

Date I requested a refund: 02/22/2026

 

Outcome: Refund refused by Jeff Sievers and Adrian R'mante

The marketing/sales presentation created expectations that were not clearly supported once I was in the process and asking detailed questions. Important information felt unclear upfront and became "policy-based" only after payment.

 

Misleading presentation: The opportunity was framed in a way that strongly influenced my decision to pay, but the reality didn't match the impression given.

Key details about what was included, limitations, and refund posture were not communicated in a clear, consumer-friendly way before I paid (at least not in a way that was obvious or emphasized).

When I raised concerns and asked to cancel, the response was not solution-oriented. It was essentially no refund.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend CGTV. If you still choose to proceed, protect yourself.
